Duka La SoKA, new online shop for Filter generator hydraulic and pneumatic parts in Kenya. The new service powered by Cockerill East Africa Ltd come from a request of our customer after our annual “customer survey”.

As a very costly factor in operation, we have also to respond faster for quote and delivery as well.

During the last decade, traffic has become the economical headache for our customer. Even if the infrastructure has improved, the traffic has followed suit. Internet is available and reliable making the online services possible. Delivery companies have improved their services in all the counties making the door to door services possible.

Completion Status:

Duka La SOKA will start with the fast mover and present first the fast mover range of Donaldson Filtration Solution.

Our filtration department work around the clock to be sure that we propose the best filtration solution to our customer. We make more than pushing the box, we also advise customer regarding issues on fuel, hydraulic, lube and air Filtration.

Next step will be to propose online, all the hydraulic, Pneumatic and generator parts as well.

The entire project should be an online solution of 6000 items delivered within 24 hours.
